As a former member of Highwire's Business Development team, I co-led new business efforts with Highwire's 18 senior leadership team members across the company's 4 US offices. I helped manage the entire pipeline from responding to inbound leads to crafting winning pitches and proposals. I also contributed to creative marketing and proactive new business outreach by composing and sending email newsletters, crafting blog posts on industry trends and writing case studies highlighting client successes.
In addition, I re-wrote Highwire's messaging to focus on the company's integrated service offerings and created training programs for both management members and interns joining the agency to provide guidance and a better understanding of Highwire's new business process. Since starting this program, I trained 8 management members and 3 new business interns.
